· Standard Mail - Media Mail – Expected delivery within 4-14 business days (single order DVDs and CDs are automatically upgraded to First Class Mail).
· Expedited Mail – Priority Mail – Expected delivery within 2-4 business days
International shipments

Shipping Frequency
It is our policy to ship within 24 hours during the business week, unless a public holiday or weekend prevents us from doing so. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be shipped next business day.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not notice our confirmation email in your inbox.
Shipment tracking
We provide tracking for all orders shipped to US based addresses. Your delivery confirmation number can be found in the shipping confirmation email we send you once your order has been shipped. To track your order, you may paste your delivery confirmation number where required within the following link: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
Please note that in an attempt to speed deliveries, the USPS may not “location-scan” all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. As such, it may seem that your package is “stuck” at one location. Unless the expected time of delivery has exceeded, please do not be concerned.
If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
If the tracking information indicates that your package has been returned, this may be because of an error in the address you provided. As soon as the item is returned to us, we will contact you to make arrangements to reship.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please return the item(s) in the condition it was sent to you.

- Like New: This item appears like new and in near perfect condition. Please check the listing for imperfections noted.
- Very Good: This item is used but remains in a very good condition. Minor imperfections are thoroughly described in the listing.
- Good: This item is used but remains in a good, clean condition. This item has wear from usage.
- Acceptable: This item may have imperfections due to usage but remain in a decent condition. Please check the listing for a more detailed description.
